White Elephant Gift Exchange:

Join us for our annual White Elephant gift exchange. Bring a wrapped garage sale/Goodwill type item. Watch as Project Managers "steal" your gift or get "stuck" with the item (that they may recycle next year!)

Food Drive for Redwood Empire Food Bank:

During this holiday giving time, we are supporting the Food Bank in Sonoma County. Please bring a check, cash or your canned food (especially meat/fish/protein items) for our food box. For every $1 donated, the food bank is able to purchase $4 worth of food, so your contributions are greatly appreciated.

  • Vegetable tray with a gorgonzola dipping sauce

Cost:   $35.00 for PMI-WCC Members, $40.00 for Non-Members
Reservations:  All reservations and cancellations must be received by Tuesday, Noon, Dec. 9.

Every effort will be made to have meals available for late registrations, but meal availability cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you made a reservation and are unable to attend please cancel your reservation, even if it is the day of the meeting by contacting J. Hutson Hart via an email to VP of Membership. This will ensure that the Chapter does not incur expenses on your behalf and allows the WCC meeting organizers and the restaurant to provide proper seating and quality service for those attending. Canceling your reservation after the RSVP deadline may be subject to the full meeting charge. "No shows" will always be subject to the full meeting charge.
